Help with Internal Transfer

Register for an Account

  • Click the Create Account button.
  • Complete the form — all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • The form flags any problems as you go, for example if the username or email address you enter is already in use.
  • When the form is complete, click Create Account to submit it.
  • Your account is then sent for approval, and you’ll be notified once you can log in.
  • To log in, enter your username (or email address) and password, then click Log In.

Register for the Transfer Process

  • The first time you request a transfer, you’ll be asked to register for the transfer process.
  • You only need to do this once — once you’re approved, you can request a transfer for any machine.

Completing a Transfer

  • Once you’re logged in, registered and approved for the transfer process, the Transfer button becomes active.
  • To request an item, simply click Transfer.
  • After you confirm, the item is marked as sold and you’ll receive an email detailing the transaction.
  • Follow the instructions in that email to arrange the transfer.
